Update for TROM --- v1.67

Johan of TROM has kindly put up an interim solution to get TROM working again as per v1.66. Note that the new DLC units may not show up, nor work correctly and will be unbalanced in relation to other TROM units so please refrain from using them in your MP battles for now.

v1.67 update This hotfix makes TROM work with the latest Elite Units of the East DLC. Install by unzipping the file and copying the file trom_core_part_1.pack into your empire total war\data directory, overwriting the existing file

NOTE 2: THE NEW DLC UNITS HAVE NOT BEEN ADJUSTED TO TROM YET, AND MAY NOT APPEAR CORRECTLY - WILL BE FIXED AT A LATER DATE
